This standout performance confirms On Your Side as the top-charting EP of 2026 to date and marks the British boyband’s debut EP reaching the top five in more than a decade. It also signals the first time in over five years that a British boyband has claimed a top-five position on the UK Official Albums Chart.
The seven-member lineup—Cruz, Danny, Hendrik, John, Josh, Nicolas, and Seán—reached this historic milestone just seven months after coming together on Simon Cowell’s global Netflix series, The Next Act. Since their December 2025 launch, the group has rapidly become a genuine cultural phenomenon, racking up over 30 million streams, 22.9 million YouTube views, and a massive combined social media following of 3.7 million devoted fans.
Recorded across international music hubs including Los Angeles, London, Nashville, and Stockholm, the project features polished pop production from heavyweight creators Julian Bunetta, Poo Bear, and Savan Kotecha.
