A fresh Destiny’s Child remix collection is slated for release within the coming month.
Beyonce’s dad, and former manager, Matthew Knowles, confirmed the update.
“We’re about to roll out a wave of new remixes,” he told Page Six Radio. “Some of these are Destiny’s Child tracks you’ve never heard before.” When asked for a timeline, he answered, “Within the next thirty days.”
He added, “A number of remixes have never seen release and we’ll be putting those out soon.”
“They’re featuring the girls. Now, there are some guest rappers on it, but the girls are involved. And then there are dance mixes, plus some that are just regular urban versions. It’s a blend. We also have a lot of Destiny’s Child material that hasn’t been released yet.”
He also revealed that one of the remixes includes Missy Elliott. “She’s on one of them. I’ll stop there,” he teased.
The iconic girl group resurfaced onstage last year during Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour in Las Vegas, where they performed Bootylicious.
In April, the group celebrated the 25th anniversary of Survivor, their album, which was nominated for Best R&B Album at the 2022 Grammys.
