Based on early streaming and sales figures compiled for the Official Chart First Look, the title track from Cyrus’s forthcoming studio album lands at No. 13 in the midweek update. If it sustains its momentum through Friday, the release would become her 27th top-40 hit in the UK.
At the summit, HUGEL’s collaboration with Imael Angel and Ultra Naté on ‘Movin’ To The Sun’ is mounting a challenge for the No. 1 position. The track leads the provisional standings at present, threatening to dethrone last week’s chart-topper, ‘Choosin’ Texas’ by Ella Langley, which slips to No. 2.
In the Top 10, Dua Lipa’s ‘Training Season’ keeps climbing, advancing nine places in the midweek update to No. 9, threatening a climb back into the upper tier. Stella Lefty’s ‘Boston’ reaches a fresh high at No. 3, while Sienna Spiro places two entries in the provisional Top 10 with ‘Great Expectation’ at No. 4 and ‘Die On This Hill’ at No. 10. Sam Fender and Olivia Dean’s ‘Rein Me In’ sits at No. 5, followed by Dolly Parton’s classic ‘9 To 5’ at No. 6.
Down the chart, several singles are eyeing new peaks. Slovak pop singer ADÉLA advances to No. 21 with ‘Ain’t In LA’, while Ella Langley adds another track to the update as ‘Be Her’ climbs to No. 25.
New entries further down include YouTuber and musician James Marriott, positioned for his second UK Top 40 appearance with ‘Burn Down The Disco’ at No. 30. UK rapper Nemzzz and American artist Travis Scott also break into the Top 40 early with their collaboration ‘GASS’, debuting at No. 38.
