A U.S. news outlet has publicly shared the newborn’s name, according to reports.
TMZ reportedly obtained the birth certificate for Gaga’s first child, effectively confirming the birth to a high degree.
Gaga, whose birth name is Stefani Germanotta, and her entrepreneur partner Michael Polansky have not issued a statement regarding the reports of their becoming parents.
According to the documents, on 9 June at 11:19 PM, a baby girl named Rose Bean Polansky was delivered at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The record also notes that the delivery was performed by Dr Robert Katz—a physician renowned for delivering celebrities’ babies. Dr Katz has previously assisted Halle Berry, Nicole Richie, and Miranda Kerr, among others.
Earlier this month, Gaga was photographed wearing a baby in a sling as she walked with an entourage through Northern California.
As a recipient of multiple Grammys, she has openly discussed her hopes of motherhood.
“I’m excited to be a mom,” Gaga told the New York Times in 2025.
“What matters most to me is not pressuring my children to live a life they didn’t choose for themselves. The more space we can give them to discover who they are on their own, the more I believe in this.”
