So far Computerwife has teased her forthcoming record Born From A Wish by releasing the tracks “Nobody” and “Foreverrr,” both of which radiate a raw, grungy flair. In the latest entry of “You Didn’t Know,” Addie Warncke explores a captivating lo-fi aura.
“‘You Didn’t Know’ is an experimental electronic pop ballad I crafted in my dorm room about a one-sided crush I spent the winter with constantly,” the artist explains. Her voice sits in a distant, almost declarative drawl, veiled beneath jagged synth textures that lend the track an entrancing, mysterious mood. Listen below.
