Slayyyter Releases Worst Man in America as a Twisted Counterpart to Worst Girl in America

October 6, 2026

Slayyyter has unveiled specifics about her forthcoming album Worst Man in America, arriving on December 4 as a companion project to her breakthrough Worst Girl in America.

The new record comprises entirely fresh material, aside from the previously released singles Brand New Chanels and Crank 2.

The 30-year-old artist characterizes the collection as an “inverted” counterpart to her earlier release, with some tracks conceived as direct reversals of songs from Worst Girl in America and others forming a parallel narrative.

Slayyyter, born Catherine Grace Garner, is presently touring her sold-out Worst Girl in the World show.

Recently, she recorded Birds: Slayyyter Version for Turnstile’s Never Enough: Versions project.

Elton John and Paramore’s Hayley Williams also lent their contributions to the project.

The release saw the Baltimore band surrender songs from their Grammy-winning Never Enough to a broad roster of guest artists, each offering their own spin on the material.

The eclectic mix of collaborators underscored Turnstile’s widening reach since the original album dropped.

Sir Elton John—who previously revealed he’s had Never Enough on repeat since its release—added his iconic vocals to Seein’ Stars.
