Jamie T’s Ghosts: 100 Days of Morning Now Available

October 9, 2026

Jamie T has issued his long-awaited album Ghosts (100 Days of Morning), marking his first release since 2022.

The project emerges after a stretch of introspection, composed in part during a solitary trip to Siena and built from years’ worth of neglected voice notes he at last felt prepared to face.

The lead single Waist 36, Leg 32 — included on the EA Sports FC 27 soundtrack — probes guilt, masculine expectations and the relentless cadence of today’s world, accompanied by a video featuring This Country’s Charlie Cooper who bravely auditions to play Jamie T.

The noughties indie icon describes the track as “a fable of sorts”, adding: “This song serves as a reminder to listeners to tread softly and remain unbound. Be kind to others, be kind to yourself, and let the ghosts lie. Or… it’s about ‘oh, baby baby, oh baby baby’. The choice is yours…”

Discussing the broader thread running through the record, Jamie explains: “We all guard a facet of ourselves, even from those closest to us. Ghosts, to me, is about finally noticing that version after a long absence and clinging to it. This album is my attempt to recapture it.”

Throughout the tracklist, the Sheila-era hitmaker revisits themes from Panic Prevention. Spanning tracks from Tallahasse, which samples Leif Vollebekk, to the opening number 3310, the collection maps the unruly shift from adolescence to adulthood, weighing nostalgia, grief, and the odd comfort found in old memories. Chelsea Girls targets Britain’s tabloid press, while a cover of The Jam’s Ghosts anchors the emotional core of the record. He discovered the Ghosts line while grappling with Finsbury Park rehearsals in 2022, and its opening words struck him “like lightning”.

He commented: “Gradually I found a path. One song genuinely helped me piece my life back together and arrive at this moment.”

After a discreet Reading Festival opener and a collaboration with Fred again.. that helped propel him back into the limelight, Jamie has plans for a UK tour in December, featuring two shows at Wembley Stadium. Prior to that, he will perform a string of intimate record-store gigs in Dundee, Edinburgh, Middlesbrough, Nottingham, Norwich, Kingston, Bristol, Oxford and Southampton.

Ghosts (100 Days of Morning) is available to stream across all major platforms now.
