Harry Styles’ Live Shows Captured for an Exclusive Documentary

October 19, 2026

Harry Styles is reportedly joining forces with filmmaker John Wilson to develop a new concert documentary.

The former One Direction frontman is currently immersed in his Together, Together residency at Madison Square Garden, which began in August and is slated to run through Halloween, October 31, 2026.

Director John Wilson—renowned for his quirky, immersive style—previously linked up with David Byrne in 2015 to produce Temporary Color, a true-crime concert film following the musician and two escaped convicts. He has been embedded at Styles’ MSG engagement, filming material throughout the residency.

According to Variety, the material being gathered is intended to form a hybrid of live performances and a window into Styles’ world. A source told the publication that the project aims to highlight “authentic human stories of everyone involved in the tour – from the singer and his fans to countless others behind the scenes.”

Universal Pictures Content Group, Peanut World Pictures and Styles himself are producing the film. A theatrical release is being considered, though nothing has been finalized at this stage.

It was recently disclosed that Styles will bring back the Together, Together tour in 2027, with 25 stadium dates confirmed across North America, Europe and the United Kingdom.

The new run builds on the tour’s blockbuster success in 2026 and marks the first time the pop star will bring the show to stadiums across the United States and Canada.

The 2027 leg opens on April 2 with two consecutive nights at State Farm Stadium in Phoenix before moving on to Dallas, Los Angeles, Toronto, Atlanta and Chicago. Styles then heads overseas for performances in Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Rome and Dublin, culminating the summer with a three-night homecoming at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Each city will host its own special guest, and Styles has curated one of his most diverse lineups to date. On select dates, appearances will include Kylie Minogue, Tears For Fears, Tinashe, Caroline Polachek, Feist, LCD Soundsystem, Lainey Wilson, Baby Rose, Q Marsden, The Womack Sisters, Getdown Services and CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso.
