Cardi B has finally revealed the name of her youngest child.
On Wednesday, the rapper announced the infant boy’s name in a tender first-birthday tribute posted on Instagram.
By sharing a collection of pictures from her little one’s Grey’s Anatomy-inspired birthday celebration, she disclosed that her son’s name is Grey Marsean Diggs.
“Happy 1st birthday to Grey Marsean Diggs! It’s only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever,” she gushes.
“I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me extra strength.
“I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life! You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like,” she continued. “You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh and your precious spirit.”
Last November, a representative for the musician confirmed that the singer had welcomed her baby boy with her ex, American football player Stefon Diggs.
“Cardi is healthy and happy,” the rep told People magazine at the time.
Cardi also shared the news on Instagram in the caption of a video where she lip-synced Hello, from her album Am I the Drama?.
“My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons,” Cardi wrote at the time.
“Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me.”
