Mötley Crüe Frontman’s Girlfriend Charged with Assault

November 6, 2026

Rain Hannah Andreani, the girlfriend of Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil, has been taken into custody on domestic assault allegations.

According to TMZ on Thursday, the makeup artist was arrested on suspicion of assaulting Neil the previous Sunday.

Andreani was processed by deputies at the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office in Franklin, Tennessee, and was released the following day after posting a $5,000 bond (£3,700). She is due to appear in court on December 3.

Representatives for Neil, who is 65, have not issued a public comment regarding the incident.

The couple has been together for roughly fifteen years, though reports indicated a brief split in May 2025.

In February 2025, a private plane owned by Neil crashed at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona while he was aboard with a friend and their dogs. Andreani was reported to have sustained five broken ribs in the crash.

The pilot was killed in the accident, and the co-pilot sustained serious injuries.

Neil has been married four times, most recently to Lia Gerardini. The couple were wed from January 2005 until they announced their separation in 2010.
