Amy Winehouse – Back to Black 20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition with Unreleased Demos and Rare Live Tracks

August 25, 2026

Amy Winehouse’s iconic album Back To Black is set to receive a 20th-anniversary reissue on October 27.

The forthcoming special editions will feature previously unreleased demo tracks, scarce B-sides, and a complete 2007 concert from Paradiso in Amsterdam, recorded during the Back To Black tour.

The release also broadens the visual dimension of Amy’s legacy. Fans will encounter unseen photographs by Mischa Richter and Alex Lake, the photographers behind the album’s distinctive imagery. Producers Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi contribute reflections on Amy’s artistry, her influence, and the sessions that helped shape the era-defining record.

The rollout includes multiple vinyl configurations, including a transparent 3LP package and several one-LP limited editions such as the Chalkboard Marble pressing. A Zoetrope variant—sold exclusively through the official store—creates a moving visual of the Rehab hitmaker when placed on a turntable.

Pre-orders are available now via store.amywinehouse.com.

The reissue arrives as Amy’s name returns to the headlines for another reason. Her father, Mitch Winehouse, has been ordered to pay almost £1 million to two longtime friends after a High Court judge found that he pursued a baseless legal claim against them. Mitch, who has overseen Amy’s estate since her death at 27 on July 23, 2011, accused Naomi Parry and Catriona Gourlay of profiting from the sale of items linked to the late singer.

Court documents show he alleged the pair sent Amy’s personal belongings to auction “in their own names and on their own behalf.” But Judge Sarah Clarke KC ruled on July 29, 2026, that Mitch “knew all along” about the planned sale and had brought a “weak claim” that caused significant reputational and financial harm to the women.

The judge said Mitch had “deliberately turned this case into large-scale and expensive litigation” and acted in a way designed to pressure the defendants into settling. He was ordered to cover their legal costs on an indemnity basis.
