Biographie
Fiji was formed in 2003 when Simon and Menk Schüttel bumped into Simone De Lorenzi in the streets of Berne. Rather than asking "Do you like my tight sweater?" she said "Voglio fare musica. Are you with me?". Simon and Menk have been part of the Swiss pop scene for a number of years with Smartship Friday . Now with Simone the trio made their Smartship Productions (incidentally also the name of their own record label) recording studio their home, where they spen most of their time performing, recording and mixing their uniquely powerful, highly personal, authentic and sexed-up electrorock with attitude and verve.
