Creep-O by Fanclubwallet

October 31, 2026

We’re square in the peak of ghoulish season, and fanclubwallet have rolled out a fresh track about the spookiest creature you could stumble upon this Halloween: the creep. Apologies for the jolt. Yes, even I get unsettled thinking about them. They are out there. Unlike many other mythic critters, creeps are all too real. If you’re out in public, or perhaps at your job, there could be one in the same room as you right now. Here’s to hoping your home stays creep-free. You’ll want to keep an eye out for these creeps.

fanclubwallet, the Ottawa-based indie project steered by Hannah Judge, released the album Living While Dying last year, around Halloween time. Earlier this year, the group dropped a standalone single called “Moving Unison,” and Judge’s partner and collaborator Michael (Miki) Watson issued his debut solo album Willow. The latest from fanclubwallet, “Creep-O,” is a subdued garage-pop number about the kinds of people who leave you feeling off. Judge explains that the cut came together in essentially one sitting, a lingering sense of oddness pushing her to put it out as quickly as possible.

Creep-O is out now on Lauren Records.

I write about music as a cultural signal, following the artists, scenes, releases, and movements that shape how people listen today. My work focuses on discovery, context, and the stories behind the sounds that travel beyond borders.
