Kelly Osbourne has alleged that a friend of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, played a part in introducing her to cocaine.
The television personality aired this startling claim in a recent documentary centered on the Sunset Marquis, the Los Angeles hotel.
While recounting stories linked to the West Hollywood staple, she revealed that someone from a hugely famous band offered her the illicit substance at the venue.
In If These Walls Could Rock, the 41-year-old recalled that her first dose of cocaine occurred within the hotel, noting it had been handed to her by one of her father’s friends from a very prominent band.
She said she had kept the admission secret for years, aware that her father, who led Black Sabbath until his death in July 2025 at the age of 76, would not take it kindly.
She quipped that telling her parents would likely provoke them to harm him.
She explained that she spent much of her childhood at the storied hotel, famous for its association with rock and roll, because it was the only place where her father could stay at the time and be himself.
She recalled that they would be kicked out of many places, but not the Sunset Marquis, adding that her dad could misbehave politely there.
Additionally, Kelly’s mother, Sharon Osbourne, described how Ozzy treated the property as if it were his own home.
She recalled, at 73, that Ozzy would enjoy wandering around the grounds, including the garden outside, and that in those days he would smoke there.
