Lainey Wilson is set to return as host for the 60th annual Country Music Association Awards.
The country artist will mark her third straight year in the role, and her second consecutive year as the event’s sole host.
The landmark ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, 18 November, broadcast live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled to be back hosting the CMA Awards this year, especially with the 60th anniversary on the horizon,” Wilson said after the announcement on Saturday. “I’ve had such a great time hosting the last couple of years, and this edition will be even more special. Can’t wait to see you all in November!”
The 12-time CMA Award winner has led the ceremony for three years running, initially sharing hosting duties with Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning in 2024 before returning as the show’s solo host in 2025.
This year’s event will commemorate the CMA Awards’ 60th anniversary, a program that first aired in 1967 and remains the longest-running annual music awards show on network television.
The show will honor the artists, songwriters, musicians and industry professionals who have helped shape country music over the past six decades.
CMA will reveal the nominees for the 60th annual ceremony on Thursday, 10 September.
