Lifeloose Spotlight: 07XXXXXXXXX

October 12, 2026

Lifeloose is the London-based electroclash project founded by Aldi Ho and Josie Silverman, a duo that came together while they were pursuing contrasting musical paths at London’s Guildhall Middle School—Ho studying opera and Silverman exploring electronic music. They were already making waves on the live circuit before releasing any music, which culminated in their debut single, also titled “Lifeloose,” released earlier this year. Their latest release, a track titled “07XXXXXXXXX,” marks their next step forward.

“07XXXXXXXXX” is the kind of track that would have lit up indie-dance gatherings in the 2000s. It rides on a brutal, bleepsy electro beat, punctuated by sharp, grating blips that echo the beep just before the dial-up noise kicks in. The lyrics skate along a deadpan thirst-trap vibe about wanting to grab someone’s number on their phone. In a press release, the duo explains, “We’re taking the piss out of classic capital city club romance and fantasizing what it would be like if we had hoes — but with a squelchy bass, heavy electro drums, and glossy girly vocals. Let’s get anglophonic.” Sure, let’s do that.

Right now, Lifeloose have 13 live shows scheduled, almost all within the bounds of London. Below, you’ll find their “tour” dates alongside director Claryn Chong’s extremely low-resolution video for “07XXXXXXXXX.”
