Living Hour Unveils New EP Magnet — Listen to the Lead Track

September 4, 2026

The ethereal, Winnipeg-based outfit Living Hour returns with a fresh EP after last year’s standout Internal Drone Infinity. Magnet, set to arrive in three weeks, comprises two new songs plus two demos drawn from Internal Drone Infinity. It opens with the title track, which eases back on the band’s more forceful edge in favor of a hazy, expansive panorama that sits well beside Cassandra Jenkins, Julia Holter, and Emily A. Sprague. The piece becomes a study in mood, texture, and formless beauty, and its closing line will linger: “I wanna sleep at the edge of the text on the screen.”

Listen below.

TRACKLIST:
1 “Magnet”
2 “Good Afternoon”
3 “Half Can (Demo Version)”
4 “Big Shadow (Original Demo)”

Magnet is out 9/24 on Keeled Scales. Pre-order it here.
