The grassy stretches along the Delaware River are strung with hanging strobes and host a tent that resembles a polyester Pringle. Klip Collective’s lasers sweep the Liquid Moat, chasing algae with light. Guided by the playful motto Peace Love Unity Respect Transcendence (PLURT), Making Time ∞ draws a growing, refreshingly curious crowd.
