Last year, Mercury grabbed listeners’ attention with her colossal grunge anthem “Heaven,” a track shaped by thunderous guitars and commanding voices that etched itself in memory. Now Maddie Kerr returns with another showpiece. The new cut is titled “Roar Of The Heliac Goat.”
“‘Roar Of The Heliac Goat’ speaks to a kind of ache that mutates and clings to you for good,” explains the Nashville-based artist. The weight of something irrevocable is felt through the bleak riffs, and her voice proves more spellbinding than ever. The hard-hitting track was produced by the prolific Alex Farrar, and it is paired with a cryptic music video directed by Eliot Lee. Watch below.
