Noel Gallagher is gearing up for his debut solo show since Oasis reformed last year, linking up with drum-and-bass pioneer Goldie for a pair of orchestral performances at the Royal Festival Hall in London.
The 59-year-old guitarist and songwriter has been confirmed as a special guest for Goldie’s Dare To Dream run at the EFG London Jazz Festival on Saturday 14 November.
The two concerts, scheduled for 5pm and 8pm, will combine an orchestra, choir and live band with a lineup of guest performers, marking Noel’s first publicly announced appearance beyond Oasis since the band’s eagerly awaited comeback tour in 2025.
Goldie announced the news on Instagram, 61, appearing in a clip in which he pulls the musician’s name from a Rolodex.
He said: “Noel Gallagher and I are doing it again.”
Speaking about their enduring friendship and musical collaborations, Goldie added: “Thirty years—that’s the time we’ve got between us. We’re here, heading to the Royal Festival Hall to relive it all.”
The two musicians have known each other for decades, with Noel contributing guitar to Goldie’s 1998 track Temper Temper, which appeared on his second studio album, Saturnz Return.
The collaboration united two prominent figures from different corners of British music during a period when Oasis stood as one of the country’s biggest rock bands and Goldie was helping bring drum-and-bass into the mainstream.
Goldie first gained widespread recognition with his 1995 debut Timeless, a defining release for British electronic music.
He later expanded into acting, appearing in the James Bond film The World Is Not Enough and the BBC soap EastEnders.
Speaking to NME about the forthcoming performances, Goldie remarked: “They said this music would only last five years, 35 years later I’m still here ready to deliver another iconic show ‘Dare To Dream’ at the Royal Festival Hall.”
He added: “This time I have Noel Gallagher, Skin, Anaiis, Yussef Dayes and many more incredible guests plus my live band and an orchestra. Fresh and classic material, it’s a very very special show. Two shows, One Dream.”
The concerts will also feature French-Senegalese singer anaiis, jazz drummer and producer Yussef Dayes, and vocalists Natalie Williams and Cleveland Watkiss.
Skunk Anansie frontwoman Skin, 59, is also among the confirmed guests.
Further performers are expected to be announced ahead of the shows.
Noel’s appearance comes after his reunion with younger brother Liam Gallagher, 54, brought Oasis back to the stage in 2025 following a 16-year absence.
The Manchester band, known for hits including Wonderwall, Don’t Look Back in Anger, Live Forever and Champagne Supernova, launched their Live ’25 reunion tour, playing stadiums across the UK and internationally.
The concerts marked the first time the brothers had toured together since Oasis split in 2009 after a backstage confrontation prior to a festival appearance in Paris.
The band are now lining up another series of concerts in 2027, with reports of a sold-out Live ’27 tour spanning the UK, Europe and North America, including dates in Manchester and at Knebworth.
