ja komisch has uf de röschti site au nid gseh und de 29igst isch det scho füren dj reserviert. ich has hüt imne heftli gseh. irgendwas mit party & sound oder so. so eis wo halt i allne läde uflit. det gits en zweisitige bricht vo goldfrapp und det staht sie seged am 29igste 10te im röschti ... ach ... ich hoff sie hend sich bim dadum girrt und es isch denn wenni wieder da bin ... sust wierdi hässssssig .....

da sind ein paar infos zum nächsten album reingekommen - wird noch eine OOS-news draus, wenn titel und releasedatum kommen:
As you can see from the view out of our studio window on www.goldfrapp.co.uk we're still locked away in the countryside working away on songs for our new album.
We've been busy writing and recording since the end of last year – winter was hard but the shoots started appearing in the spring and should be ready for harvest by the end of the year. Meanwhile we're getting new ideas together for the artwork and the website so keep your eyes and ears peeled...

kewl... :) zufälligerweise war mein vater gerade auf genau dieser riffelalp in einer tai-tschii(???)-woche.... - witzig.
übrigens bestätigen sie auch in ihrer aktuellsten myspace-blog-meldung, dass die neuen songs bis ende jahr fertig sein sollten.. (muss nicht gleichbedeutend mit album-release sein, weil kommt ja noch mixing und mastering - wie wir von anderen bands wissen, kann das ja mindestens solange dauern wie die songproduktion selbst...)

Bin gerade über den "A Pain That I'm Used To"-Goldfrapp-Remix (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=g-qvsvpdiOs) gestolpert, gefällt mir ganz gut. Ist aber sicherlich schlechter als der tolle Halo-Remix. Tönt halt genau so wie man sich"Goldfrapp remixt DM" vorstellt.

da nun der ohh la la-track in der saturn-werbung gefeatured wird und die assoziation zwischen diesen sehr eingängigen electro-glam-anleihen und der eigenschaft "billig" noch enger wird, hoffe ich doch noch umso mehr auf einen markanten richtungswechsel im vergleich zum letzten album - was ja auch in aussicht gestellt wird.
ich fand das letzte album nicht schlecht - es gefällt mir stellenweise sehr gut. aber eben: es war in meinen ohren nicht mehr das, was GOLDFRAPP mal speziell gemacht hat.
btw: "wir lieben technik - und hassen teuer"..... - es lebe die anti-grammatik....

Felt Mountain ist sicher bisher unerreicht, allerdings gafallen mir auf Black Cherry einige Tracks wirklich sehr gut und ich höre mir das Album regelmässig an. Die dritte Scheibe findet hingegen nur noch recht selten den Weg in mein Ohr.
